Favorite cartoon character 

“Scooby Doo, cuz his voice is funny.”

“Spongebob because I cant 👅💦 understand 👅💦 your accent.”

• Mori, who somehow did that without spitting everywhere (She used to get made fun of as a kid when she first moved to Japan because her Japanese was ever so slightly off. When she saw that episode of SpongeBob she fell in love. It helped her laugh at herself.)

“Popeye come on now. Nobody was whooping him, his uniform was always spotless, he had his lady, she was a little slim for my tastes but that’s a real cool cat right there”

• Dom (definitely owns Iceberg Popeye clothing)

“I like Pinocchio. My mother had read me the fairy tale a lot and the film came out the same year I became a vampire. It didn’t release in Europe until 1945, but I watched it in Jahari’s apartment. It’s bittersweet.”
